Casey - Practice Manager of Operations

Mission: To always do better than the day before, learn from my mistakes, and always strive for improvements to be the best version of myself.
Education: I have 15 years in dentistry. I previously worked as a Dental Assistant, became a certified Oral & Maxillofacial Assistant, then transitioned to a front office role as a Business Assistant, Billing Coordinator, Insurance Coordinator, and now as a Practice Manager of Operations.
Life and Hobbies: I enjoy spending time with my husband and two young sons. We love being outdoors camping, biking, going to the river, and the beach. I also love cooking and baking.
Lindsey - Hygienist

Mission: Provide the best patient care possible while giving my patients clean teeth. I strive to provide a comfortable environment for all of my patients.
Education: I received my Associate of Science degree in 2011 and I have been a Dental Hygienist for 10 years.
Life and Hobbies: I enjoy playing with my two young boys, taking them to the park and out fishing with my husband. We raise chickens and have one cat.
Sue - Hygienist

Education: I received my Associate degree of Dental Hygiene from East Tennessee State University in 1978. I also hold a Bachelor’s degree of Business.
Life and Hobbies: I am originally from Aberdeen, moved to Tennessee in high school. I have been back in Washington since 1993. I have no children, but three nieces I adore. I enjoy watching them play sports and grow. I also love dogs and completing projects around the house. In my spare time I also like to travel.
Ayano - Dental Assistant
Mission: To bring my knowledge, abilities, and strong desire to provide the best care to our patients. I strive to bring compassion, warmth, and kindness to make every patient as comfortable and relaxed as possible.
Education: After graduating from South Puget Sound Community College Dental Assistant Program with top honors, I joined the Oly Tumwater Dental Care office in 2017.
Life and Hobbies: I spend my time with my young son named Remy and finance’ Dean. I also have a cat named Lola.
Kellie - Dental Assistant

Mission: To help our dentists in every way possible which will enable our dentists to provide efficient and high-quality care to our patients. One of my favorite things about dentistry is helping our patients.
Education: I attended Elma High School and Bates Vocational College from 1989 – 1990.
Life and Hobbies: I love to spend time with my family and pets. My husband and I like to work on our home and yard when we get a chance. I also like to sew and do crafts.
Kendra - Dental Assistant

Education: I graduated from South Puget Sound Community College’s Dental Assisting program in 2003. I originally started at Dr. Choi’s office and was a team member from 2005-2012 and then returned in 2019.
Life and Hobbies: I love spending time with my family and friends. We love doing anything outdoors. In my free time I also enjoy riding my horse, going camping, and spending time in my greenhouse.
Gloria - Business Assistant

Education: I went to Heald College for Dental Assisting in Haywood, CA. I have been working in the dental field since 2014.
Life and Hobbies: I have 2 boys. In my free time I love to read, listen to music, go hiking and speaking way too much money on Amazon. I also love to travel!
Nick - Business Assistant

Mission: To help patients get the care they need and deserve in a timely fashion without breaking bank.
Education: While in school I worked for the City of Tumwater as a day camp counselor during the summers. I graduated from Black Hills High School and went on to spend a year and a half at WSU. Upon returning home I started working at Olive Garden as a Host, then became a server, transitioned into a bartender, which ultimately led to becoming a Service Professional. A close family friend took a chance on me, hired me for the front desk position at my current job with Oly Tumwater Dental Care, and I have never looked back.
Life and Hobbies: I keep busy taking care of my personal zoo that includes: 3 cats, 3 rabbits, and more aquariums than Sea World. There is always something to be done, but on top of that I recently started a houseplant hobby. As if there wasn’t already enough to do!
Yadira - Business Assistant

Mission: My mission is to make people smile 1 day at a time. A smile speaks a thousand words and you never know whose day you will make or what they are going through.
Education: I am originally from Southern California where I graduated and earned my Dental Assistant license in 2016. I have been in the dental field for 6 years and absolutely love it! Although I love assisting, I decided to make a change and learn the front desk position in hopes that I would be come a Practice Manager of Operations.
Life and Hobbies: I came to Washington after my husband got stationed at McChord Air Force Base (JBLM). We were super excited because we love being outdoors. In my spare time I like to read crime books, go hiking, fishing, and spending time with my beautiful family. I have a little mini-me named Braelyn Avery as well as a fur baby named Dallas. If you know of cool hikes please let me know so I can add them to my bucket list.
Molly - Sterilization Technician

Mission: To help my team members with whatever, wherever I can and make the day run smoothly to keep the patients happy.
Education: I went to Tenino High School and continued studying dental work through Heartland Dental as a Sterile Tech.
Life and Hobbies: I enjoy family time, farming, hunting, going to the dunes, and pretty much anything outside.
